Robert af Jochnick, Oriflame’s chairman, has acquired 50,000 shares in Oriflame Cosmetics S.A, increasing his holding to approximately 6.5% of the votes and capital in Oriflame Cosmetics S.A. Founded in 1967 by two brothers and their friend, Oriflame is now an international beauty company selling direct in more than 60 countries worldwide. It has a sales force of approximately 3 million independent Oriflame Consultants and annual sales of around €1.5 billion....
